One Plus One

Friends,

My teacher is fond of saying that "one plus one equals 3." So, for example, when you have a husband and a wife, a baby comes along, and you can see that one plus one makes three. An exponential result.

This past week, Tiger came up to the Berkshires. We were busy little bees hunkering down, humming about, and making honey, i.e., classes, practices, and recipes, all for your consumption. Our exponential result.

More to share, so stay tuned over the next couple of weeks. Then, after the year winds down, we will ramp up to bring you more offerings and better experiences for your wellness needs.

Some offerings I'd like to highlight today are our new monthly workshops: 

• Introduction to Ayurveda: What’s Your Dosha?   Larissa and I are holding this workshop this week on Wednesday, December 14, 2-4PM. If you are unable to attend live, you will receive the recording to watch on your own time. Register here.

• Katonah Yoga® Magic Square Calendar Workshop  Led by Kari on January 21st, 12-2pm.  This workshop will weave together Katonah Yoga® theory with Ayurvedic concepts of the 5 elements and yogic practices to set you up to be the maestro and master of your time and energy.  A copy of Nevine's beautifully unique 2023 Calendar is included.
