Free Classes This Sunday

Dear Yogis,

With gratitude, I am still on my summer vacation. I’ve been touring Frankfurt and its surrounding villages, eating delicious foods, climbing up beautiful castles, and enjoying myself to the fullest.

I was offered to teach here at a studio in Frankfurt this Sunday (link here if you are in Europe and want to livestream!), and as a result, I will not be teaching my Zoom livestream on Sunday. However, to make it up to you, Kari & Co. will be hosting two FREE classes this Sunday (8/1/21) only. Enjoy a class by me, and one with Tiger to get your yoga fix while I’m away. If you are a Kari & Co. subscriber, of course you have my whole library of hundreds of recorded classes to choose from.

Thank you for giving me the time and space I’ve needed to relax and restore. It’s amazing how powerful some time off can be. I’ll see you the following Sunday (8/8/21). Until then, I’ll leave you in good hands with Tiger, she will be teaching this Tuesday and Thursday again.
