Better Together

Dear Yogis,

It's been a hot minute since my last newsletter. 

The Ayurveda Cleanse I co-led in early April made me want to cleanse from social media and email. It was a lovely reprieve and one I try to do once or twice a year.

It's been a very busy Spring thus far. First, the official rebrand of my business happened. Then, not coincidentally, Tiger and I chose the first day of Spring to launch our new venture, Better Yoga. 

We are so excited to be working together as partners, helping people 

Move Better, Breathe Better, and Feel Better.

Last month, when Tiger and I were together in person, we thought it would benefit our subscribers to film another pose challenge...

 

Many of you participated in our Ankle to Knee Challenge in January, and now, on May 1st, we will unveil our Better Yoga Crow Challenge!

 

The Better Yoga Crow Challenge breaks down the biomechanics of the pose. Then, we review the 90-degree angles necessary at the wrist and elbow joints so the pose is attainable and sustainable and won't damage your joints over time. 

 

Arm balances are fun and a way to find joy and levity within yourself.

 

Crow pose is an advanced asana, but with the knowledge and help this challenge provides, you will be flying within a week!

 

  • This challenge is FREE FOR EVERYONE

  • Each day, May 1-7, a new mini-practice will drop on the platform. 

  • You'll be able to find it under Video Library > Challenges
